To get quote from us, the first step to do is to send us technical drawings or real samples by e-mail, fax or shipping. Detailed requirements should be specified, such as tolerance, material, color, surface finish, quantity, etc. A wide range of file formats are supported, including DWG, DXF, STP, IGS, STL, X_T, ZIP, DOC, XLS, PDF, TXT, JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF.

The intellectual property of customers will be completely respected by our company. Without any written permission, we'll never disclose drawings and other information to any other third parties. 

Once 2D/3D drawings or physical samples are received from customers, we will start study immediately and prepare a detailed quotation in the next 48 hours. The quotation sheet will cover all kinds of information, including involved processes, producing time of each procedure, material model, surface treatment, total lead time, total costs, payment terms. 

Once quotation is approved and order is confirmed by clients, we will start instantly to prepare raw material, related tools and jigs, process files, quality control sheets. Order status would be updated to customers daily via email or phone call.
