Raw Material Check
Our professional QC will inspect all raw materials once they are purchased from market. Except common items like sizes or hardness will be checked, composition has to be analysed too. Raw material will be ensured to meet client's requirements. Composition report will be sent with prototypes on shipping. 
In-Process Quality Assurance
During the production period, no matter which process is completed, prototypes will be inspected to ensure every size is right. QC will record each dimension and inform manufacture  team immediately to make adjustments if any size is wrong. 

Final Prouct Inspection
When prototypes are totally completed, the full inspection would be arranged to check all quality items, with the help of our modern inspecting devices like CMM and projector. A professional and detailed inspection report will be created and sent to customers with goods. 
Outgoing Quality Guarantee
Every cargo must be inspected carefully before shipping to get rid of any possible mistake. According to a detailed packing list, part quantity, shipping address, contact detail, inspection report, material report, etc. will be double checked.
