Heavy duty automobile lift leader, Stertil-Koni, a brand of the Stertil Group, these days announced that its U.S. production facility, Stertil ALM, has bought a 4.five acre parcel adjacent to its existing manufacturing plant in Streator, Illinois. The acquisition will enable Stertil ALM to stay in Streator, make an investment for future development and additional expand production of Stertil-Koni’s award-winning heavy duty automobile lifts.

Stertil ALM intends to begin building on the new parcel in the spring of 2015 and comprehensive the expansion later in the year. The expansion also comes on the heels of a number of recent enhancements to the existing facility, like an extra 14,000 square feet of production space added in 2011, such as a new training center.
