This follows the announcement in February that Talon received a grant from the Minnesota Job Expertise Partnership (MSJP) Program to develop a robust new coaching plan for its personnel.

Talon’s new instruction plan has been developed in partnership with the St. Cloud Technical &amp Neighborhood College (SCTCC). Talon and the SCTCC are functioning with each other to develop curriculum and roll the coaching out for employees.
