CEATEC Japan 2010, Japan’s main information technology and electronics exhibition, kicked off on October five at Makuhair Messe, with many futuristic prototypes and cutting-edge items. The exhibition sponsored by the CEATEC Japan Organizing Committee will last for five days. CEATEC Japan 2010 is operated and managed by the Japan Electronics Show Association (JESA). This year, the exhibition with its theme “Digital Harmony – Technologies for comfy and eco living” will convey to the globe all the dynamism of tomorrow’s way of life, enterprise, society, and atmosphere. The quantity of exhibitors and booths is more than that of 2010. 616 businesses/organizations took part in this year’s show.

At the CEATEC Japan venue, Samsung Electronics introduced their new Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab models. The Galaxy S smartphone has a five mega-pixel camera and a four-inch organic EL show while 7-inch tablet-sort Galaxy Tab features with a Computer-like 1024 x 600-pixel display. Right after the initial announcement, an opening ceremony took spot at the touch-and-try corner in the venue and exhibition visitors can view its lightweight and slim tablet-style smartphones.
