Pinnacle Approaches announced today that Stephane Luthi, has joined the company as Director of Client Services for the Asia Pacific region.

In his function, Luthi is responsible for delivering final results and sales even though major an international team of expert consultants functioning at numerous client websites around the Asia Pacific area.

Luthi started his career supporting clients about the world as a programming expert in the machine sector with Ismeca Semiconductor, a Swiss firm. In the span of 7 years, Luthi progressed into leadership and project management, handling many complicated R&D item developments. With these exposures, he relocated to Malaysia and took the part of Operations Manager in a newly built factory that became the major production center for Ismeca international operations.

He developed a passion for the Theory of Constrains, Lean, Six Sigma and Essential Chain Project Management, which he has utilised to create a competitive benefit for his earlier firms. Luthi’s final position ahead of joining Pinnacle Methods was General Manager with Hauni Malaysia. Using his understanding of Theory of Constraints, he systemically enhanced every department, resulting in a substantial boost in efficiency and revenue. Luthi has a degree in engineering and a MBA from the University of Manchester.
